When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.
If there is any issue with your order, please be aware that once a purchase is complete, we can no longer make changes to the order. Please make sure to double check your order before completing the purchase! Otherwise, we will have to cancel and refund your order so you can re-do your purchase with the correct items you would like. Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel or refund any purchase. Once your order is processed for delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Payment for your orders are made via mobile payment services like CashApp, Venmo, Zelle etc and cryptocurrency. Once you place your order you will receive payment instructions in an email.
